Product Information: This agreement pertains to the installation of Saint-Gobain Solar Gard window film provided by B & L Window Tinting. The product is designed to offer UV protection and heat reduction but may have varying effects depending on vehicle specifications and existing window conditions.

Compliance with Laws: It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that the tinting of their windows complies with local, state, and federal regulations. B & L Window Tinting advises all customers to verify legal tint limits before proceeding with installation. B & L Window Tinting shall not be held liable for any fines, legal issues, or enforcement actions arising from non-compliance with such laws.

Installation: Installation will be performed by trained professionals adhering to industry standards. While every effort will be made to provide a clean and satisfactory installation, minor imperfections such as small bubbles or dust particles may occur and do not indicate improper installation.

Vehicle Condition: B & L Window Tinting is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions of the vehicle that may affect the installation or performance of the window film, including but not limited to scratches, defects in the glass, or previous damage to window frames seals or door trims.

Warranty: B & L Window Tinting provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period of [specify warranty period] from the date of installation. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. B & L Window Tinting is not liable for incidental or consequential damages such as lost profits or other economic or personal losses.
